My son had an appointment yesterday at 96 Harley Street. A gray strand appeared in his hair, so he was very worried because he is barely 19 years old.The doctor was a Greek woman. After filling in the form that they gave us, the doctor came out in the corridor, looked at his hair with her eyes and said that there was no problem, and that there was no need for an official examination with a consultation because he did not have any diagnosis, he was fine. Until finish the unofficial conversation we started in the hallway, she opened the office door, we went inside, after two minutes we finished the conversation and without any examination, nothing she charged us 249 pounds. That was unprofessional, humiliating.... would say real crime, if someone looks you in the eye and tells you that they don't want to charge you because there's nothing for it, and in the end she charged again.
