Booked my repair through Glotech repairs, unknowingly, they referred my job to London Fusion Repairs, who came out, checked the seal on my integrated fridge door, said, I needed a new seal, and as my appliance was integrated, would need to buy a new door with new seal, at a cost of £189.00London Fusion Repairs sent me an invoice which I paid, and they said it would take 3-4 weeks to arriveThey then chased me for payment twice, threatened me with legal action and then nothingNo response to numerous emails, phone calls constantly go to voicemailThey did reply once and asked for my bank details, which I gave them, since then, nothing, so I'm now out of pocket by £189.00, and still haven't got my fridge door fixedNow having to take legal action to recover the moneyTotally dishonest company and complete scammersDon't ever use this company, they are a bunch of fraudsters
