Glotech recommended this company as their local service repair technicians for a Lamona hob. Arranging appointment for call-out was tricky as their phone line didn't work and they weren't very responsive via email. However, the technician came on the agreed day (May 30th 2025) and tested the hob. He called to explain the fault was linked to the dircuit board and suggested a full replacement. The technician has since left London Fusion Repairs. Via email London Fusion Repairs were quick to send quotes for replacement and ask for full upfront payment. Prior to choosing the specific model I asked for delivery and installation dates. They said all were available for immediate order and installation in w/c June 16th. I chose and paid for the hob via a payment link they sent on June 17th. I chased on June 29th, I was told the model was out of stock. I checked and it is purchasable from several online suppliers. I suggested that they order and install a similar make instead or source alternative suppliers. They never replied. On July 6th they write saying the selected model is still out of stock and don't reply to anything else. I request a full refund on several occasions and they still have not replied. I ask that they call, they do not reply. This is not a professional service and to date I am out of pocket £580 with no new hob or indication of a refund being processed. This is a scam, avoid. No other company should recommend London Fusuon Repairs. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
