DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. This company is a total SCAM. It was referred to my by GLOTECH another company for services in south east london. I got in touch in October they chased up for hob and oven repair asking £700 gbp upfront for repair in 3 days. Till the time I made payment I would receive emails every day for reminders to pay. The engineer came once and fixed hob. The oven still was giving a fault. When I reached to them again they claimed the spare part is not available for 15 days. And then the company comepletely ghosted me. Their phone is always on voice mail. Email - no responses. Agreed to refund me partially asked for Bank Details. Never replied after, I have followed up every single day since January this year, no responses whatsoever. I then booked anothet appointments and some person called Martin calls on a random day saying I am coming to fix your faulty oven in 30 minutes but you have to pay first. When I asked about my previous invoice he shut the phone. I am taking legal action against this company now for the money they took, stress and unnecessary inconvenience caused in the last 6 months. AVOID.
