I went once before and I felt that this company gave very fair, honest and trustworthy prices at that time… So I took a friend with me a second time and individually we were offered prices for our items and then when we accepted these, the buyer appeared to be trying to reduce the amounts he had just offered, relooking for anything he could to bring the amounts we had agreed on down. He had had plenty of time and opportunity to review the items before offering us a buying price, but once we had accepted his offer he reduced our overall joint figure by nearly £200. On the strength of this I would definitely go elsewhere next time, because we came away feeling cheated.
