TLDR: My outcome was amazing!I was really reassured during my first review that Dr Daneshmand was assessing my suitability, instead of trying to 'sell' me the surgery. He gave a very realistic appraisal and told me all the potential risks, and how some people do get bad results, and how aftercare factors into that. He also told me that he will NOT do a hairline which goes lower than he thinks looks 'natural', he checked where my forehead creases from raising my eyebrows stop to see where the 'limit' of a transplant would be, and we agreed on a curve which was very natural-looking and matched a picture of me at 18. He spoke like a very reassuring clinician, didn't feel like he was there to 'make money', and also came off like a proud artist who puts a lot of thought into his work and takes pleasure in good outcomes.Great advice about surgery day and when to show up and what to do, the surgery itself was much as you'd expect, a number of hours of waiting, but LHTC put a lot of thought into the food, the entertainment, giving me control of music/netflix, ordering me a pizza, giving me water, pain relief. The staff were incredibly friendly and experienced.LHTC isn't a conveyor belt, the surgeon only has one patient to think about, he isn't running from procedure to procedure spinning 2+ plates, it's all focused on the one customer who is being operated on that morning.I was given very clear instructions for aftercare along with all of the equipment I needed, including sprays, oils, over the counter medications, every detail was looked after in a way I would struggle to list!I was prescribed a spray and a pill, one nightly, one each morning, and my surgeon remained invested in my follow-up and aftercare.In terms of my outcome, I'm at 7 months and I've responded very well to the surgery and treatment, as I have a relatively thick hairline which looks 100% natural. I am aware the 'final result' will be at 18 months, but in less than half that time I already look 'done', so I feel there's an element of excellent care, excellent aftercare and following instructions, and lots of good luck on my part. When I showed my result to a different surgeon at the clinic, he was very surprised by the date of my surgery, assuming it had been last year!Couldn't recommend this service enough, especially since Dr Daneshmand showed me a lot of professional courtesy as a fellow doctor.
