Very impressed with London Luggage. My order arrived super quick. There was a manufacturing problem but LL dealt with it quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent and no hesitation on their part in sorting the problem out. We accept that Problems can occur but it is how retailers deal with them that counts. I would have no hesitation in using LL again or recommending them.
