If you’re looking to purchase a £800 suitcase, only for it to arrive with a dent in it and one of the locks to not work then this is your place.Had to purchase a new suitcase a couple days before leaving the country, arrived with a dent but didn’t have enough time to return, then arrived at my destination to find the lock now doesn’t work. To then be told to return it to a samsonite store in Portugal who said it can take a month for them to fix. I now need to leave the country with them still holding onto the suitcase and saying I have to return to Portugal to pick it up. So not only do I have to go buy a new suitcase whilst that’s being repaired, but I now need to purchase a £800 flight to get back to Portugal to pick up my £800 suitcase.For a service that’s built on buying expensive luggage for clear frequent travellers, taking 1 month minimum to fix a suitcase from them new out the box, to then being told that they won’t deliver it to the country you are next going to.You’d expect at least “good” service from a premium product as this.
