There was a problem with the delivery which was not their fault but London Luggage helped with it quickly and efficiently and were reassuringly friendly. The product itself was well packed and protected and was as described. A pity they don’t seem to have a physical shop, in London, any more, but we know property costs are high, footfall is dropping and luggage takes up space!
