Great serviceI needed to order luggage at short notice. The Eastpak luggage I wanted had a delivery time on the website of 2-5 working days, however I needed the luggage in 4 days. I called up and the person I spoke to was very helpful - they ensured my luggage was loaded the next working day and was out for delivery on day 2. The bags were great as well.
