Me and my Girl won on Lonestar and tried to redeem it's been a week after trying to redeem and also trying to contact customer service which says they will respond at the most 4 business days and zero reply and it's past that we were verified right away and it's still sitting on pending with zero customer service this is really ridiculous for what is supposed to be a popular professional casino environment some people need their money to live we are not happy with Lonestar and their lack of customer service and inability to pay out in even close to a timely manner
Redemptions will be pend for more than 1 business day.
They say they're slow because of a high volume but they only have a couple thousand active players.

I used to like lonestar casino, however it takes to long to receive your money when you do a redemption. Lonestar needs to have live chat for players to be able to talk with support. All they have is a form to fill out and it can take days before you hear anything. Some people may need their payout within 12 hours because an emergency or anything.

My cash out was $6000 ... They only cashed out$3000 and left the rest on a Saturday ,guess hoping I would play it out . If I'd wanted to cash out $3000 ... I would have only allocated $3000.
