In activating the device, a tech person from the company called me before I could call them to resolve a small issue with activating. I had apparently made a mistake when I typed in the device code and they caught it and took the initiative to reach out.

Helps to keep loved ones safe.

This has worked perfect for keeping track of my wife. She had been dealing with mental illness and had gone missing several times this past year which had been terrifying. This gives me peace of mind on making sure she is safe.

Inspect what you expect

I was expecting something that would update every minute like it was advertised. Or at least adjusted. So I’m stuck with it. And your manual needs to be updated to match the website.

Great tracker and app but there's room for improvement.

Tracker seems to be fairly accurate within 50-100'). Absolutely love the app. My only grievance is that the tracker looses signal frequently (gprs signal)
