I am currently facing a serious issue with my account on Long Asia Group.
For several days I have been trying to log in to my Member Area, but the system keeps showing an “Invalid” error. I have also tried resetting my password multiple times, but the password reset does not work.
I have already sent multiple emails to the support team, but unfortunately I have not received any response at all. This is very concerning because the Member Area is required to manage deposits, withdrawals, and account settings.
A broker should provide proper customer support, especially when clients are unable to access their accounts. The lack of response from the support team raises serious concerns about the reliability of this platform.
I hope the Long Asia support team sees this message and resolves my issue as soon as possible.
