Tried ordering a bag from the Bond Street store, London by phone.Told the lady what I was looking for and advised that I would have to email details into them.She gave me an email address that was not correct.I eventually went onto the Customer Services site, filled in a email form with all the details and sent.Three days later still awaiting a reply.Phoned Customer Services and they were “ we will get in touch and process your order”😡 Shocking service. Do they want business ?UPDATE 29/11/18Well, finally managed to order a bag after a very slow process.It is one thing having staff who can understand you and another with limited English.The lady taking my order did not even know where Scotland was.A really bad experience....will not consider or even recommend ordering againUPDATE 6/1218Guess what? Still waiting after they messed up the payment.Requested via emailing twice and a phone called and NO RESPONSE from them.
