I bought 2 longcham handbag with sling on February but 1 is not in good condition where it has passed the 7days exchange period, only realised it when I used it. The product was named 100% authentic and it is supposed to be lasting but it was not as what I expected. Could the tread be that easy coming off around the ring where we buckle the strap. That make me feel very unsatisfied and I was told that the seller is not exist anymore
