I ordered from the United States. They gave me a great price and were highly communicative. I am very happy. I encountered a snafu where I was sent a very large lamp that was a similar, but not the exact product I ordered. Longho Shop arranged for the incorrect lamp to be returned and sent me the correct one, at what I imagine was a big expense. I communicated with Carmelo via email and on the phone to correct the situation and he was happy to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to order again internationally.
