The website was easy to navigate, and personalized assistance was provided by Arianna via email - she answered questions, facilitated my order, and communicated in a clear and timely fashion. Pricing on my item was very competitive, and shipping/delivery occured faster than I ever expected. The fragile item was carefully packaged, with several layers of cushioning and boxing. The item itself is beautiful, and arrived just as advertized. I am not in this shop's country, and the item I ordered fits a very specific purpose, but I will absolutely look to order from this company again. Thank you for the great experience!
