After 3+ weeks I had not received my product, that I paid for. My problem is with your shipping company. When I contacted them, they said they would open an investigation. I never heard anything more from them. Just admit that the package was lost. We can work from there. It was not life or death that I got this product quickly. Your customer service was also a bit gullible. They ensured me that my package would get from Ga. To Fla by a given date. Which was a week later. It does not take a week for a package to get from Ga. to Fla. I was interested in your product, but I got tired of waiting after 3+ weeks. I wouldn’t let a shipping company affect the reputation of my company. But this issue did, because lt looked bad on you. Since I had already paid for this, your customer service dept. should have sent me another order. Just to show that your company did care about its customers and its reputation. That how I would have handled the situation in my company.
