I ordered my first card with an expected delivery between 9–11 December, but nothing arrived. I reached out to the company and requested a replacement card, with new delivery dates set for 16–18 December. Today is 19 December, and I’m still waiting. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. While I know there are issues with the postal service, the company should seriously evaluate their delivery partners, consider offering a tracked delivery option (which I would have happily paid for), or rethink their contract with such an unreliable service.
