I haven't received my order. I was informed that one item was out of stock, and later I received a cancellation notice for that item. My order still hasn't shipped, and when I contacted the support team, they said everything was out of stock, yet the items are still listed for sale. After waiting a week, I was told I could either keep waiting or cancel my order. I attempted to cancel some items while keeping others, but my whole order was canceled. I waited for a sale to buy hair products but ended up paying full price at another store. My experience with the service has been very disappointing and cost me money.
