Disappointing wait for a parcel that never arrived after over three weeks. The response from customer service was inadequate, only offering a refund in five days and insisting I return the parcel if it shows up. They seemed uninterested in retaining me as a customer, despite my long history with them. It's unfortunate, but I will take my business elsewhere.
