Terrible Experience. Sent me only 1 item of 4 that I ordered. Just so dishonest. Didn't send the more expensive items also coincidentally and pretended I received it. Spent an hour and 10 minutes on the phone and they cut me off then. 7 days trying to deal with them and several Emails. They had the audacity to offer me half my money as a refund amount when I received only 1 item. They upped their offer to 65 percent and I was so annoyed. I just left it and they didn't bother to contact me again.Well over 2 years later and no response despite them accepting the mistake was of their making and they didn't send the items to me. Offered me a 65 percent refund in the end but I didn't accept as I thought it was such a poor offer and poor service on a problem of their making. Really unhappy with how they dealt with me. Order 358767879 by the way. Not even a reply here which shows you what they think of their customers.
