I am so disappointed with my experience, my items were dispatched however have not been delivered. We are 21 days on from dispatch and after numerous emails today I was sent a form or non receipt of goods disclaimer form. I have returned however the tracking doesnt say deliver. Having to take additional time to complete forms while I just needs to be resolved with delivery company. This is 2.5 weeks of back and forth and no delivery of products or refund. It was sample sized products. There was no size in ml listed on site but I wasnt expecting the minuscule amount of product for the price paid. No apology for the long wait for delivery. I will NEVER order from look fantastic again such poor service on all fronts
