Zero if there was one!I have ordered previously from this company but have had the worst experience this time.Weeks ago I ordered a shampoo set as part of a birthday gift and was sent a lipstick and blusher!I contacted the company as they had debited full payment and they said I had to return the parcel, so I did and have been continuously chasing this matter.I have emailed their customer care and used their online message chat and still no result.This is shocking. I have even received an email to say they have received the return yet I am still out of pocket and await a full refund. LOOK FANTASTIC you need to contact me and rectify this matter with priority.
