I ordered a fragrance labeled as “Nishane Hacivat” on 25/10/2025 for my birthday. Upon first use, the scent was unusual and unpleasant compared to its well-known lovely aroma. An independent specialist confirmed that the scent was off and that the batch code did not match the label, indicating it may not be genuine. I communicated this to the retailer, but their response was dismissive, claiming the product was genuine and denying any return or exchange. Frustrated with their lack of resolution, I had to escalate the issue with my bank. Please be cautious with this company and their poor customer service.
