Booked paid and reserved a parking space a three hour drive to get to W1 to their Oxford circus garage through heavy traffic to park our car half a mile from the Palladium where we had seats booked at the theatre. Only to find we didn't have a space. Two other cars were also outside desperately trying to contact the company to find out what the hell was happening. I spoke with them and their advice. Just park up and block a vehicle. This was a very small car park my Mercedes E class would have blocked more than one vehicle. Their excuse. One car had over stayed. That's rubbish. Two other people couldn't get in either. I was then advised to park where I could. and they would pay my fine. Not withstanding the fact that my car would probably be impounded if i simply parked it in Regent street for 12 hours. they were now asking me to trust them! to pay my fine, after not providing my parking space I had booked and paid for. He now wanted me to trust him. I'm afraid we had gone past any trust points by this stage. So to recap. If you want to spend 7 hours driving around London, miss your West end show that cost £700 have the day totally ruined and be forced to drive home. If that sounds like a good day out for you. These are the perfect guys.
