Good Things:
1. I liked the crystal clear website. I was looking something for my use case and got exactly that.
2. The delivery time was reasonable, no problems there.
3. The earplugs itself look very pretty.
4. The case feels secure.
Bad things:
1. I did not like the personalization on the case, i wish it was as fancy as the word "loop" written on the case.
2. I still can't figure out how to put it properly in my ears.
3. The packaging promised a lifetime warranty, but turns out they don't do that anymore so it was disappointing.
