I feel deceived by this service. I purchased a drum package for £56 via PayPal. After completing the payment, I received no confirmation or order update and saw the item still in my basket, so I paid again, thinking the first transaction had failed. Still no confirmation, so I checked PayPal and discovered I had been charged twice for the same item without any acknowledgment. I attempted to reach out to the support team, but the page was unresponsive, and I couldn't sign in. I'm shocked, disappointed, and furious. With no way to retrieve my purchase and no communication from the service, I will have to wait a week or so to dispute these payments through PayPal.
