I placed an order with Lordgun on November 20th for a high-value package worth 300 euros (Order number 24.110.087.187). Their customer care initially claimed it was delivered on November 26th, but I never received it.I asked them to provide ID details of the person who supposedly received it, as required by Spanish couriers, but they failed to do so. We even checked our CCTV footage, and there was no courier delivery at all on that date.Adding to the frustration, their customer support later claimed the package was delivered on December 20th—one month after the original delivery date—but it still has not arrived. Their investigation process is supposed to take 10 days, but it has now been nearly two months with no updates or resolution.The customer support has been utterly unhelpful and dismissive throughout this ordeal. For such an expensive order, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against trusting Lordgun with your purchases. Lordgun literally stole my money!!!
