I bought a Elite Sterzo Steering Plate front wheel block for a stationary bike from them. It was the cheapest I could find online. Order number: 24.102.628.832. It came in and the metal that holds the batteries in place was missing. I couldn't insert batteries, they had nothing to connect to. It was like the plastic shell of a sterzo with no electronics. The item was defective / incomplete. I asked for a return (return request number 24.102.628.832-24.5572) and was shocked when it was denied. They wrote "for product issues, please contact customer service through email" from a noreply email. So I go to the site and there's no email address. Only a form, so I fill it out again, and tried to be very though, included pictures, thinking maybe they misunderstood but it (return request number 24.102.628.832-24.5736) was also refused. I have a paperweight in a cardboard box sitting in my office. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. First one I've made in 10 years with that credit card.See their reply below. Makes no sense. I don't think they speak english. I can't return a defective product. It's a different departments.. huh? Just avoid this place.
