Beware when purchasing from this website. Despite it being a UK site and paying in £, a VAT import charge is added. Upon delivery your goods won't be handed over until the 'import charge' is paid (despite the value of goods being under the import threshold). The Lordgun support is non-existent, and the UK support number is transferred to Italy. Buyer beware, if your goods are on another site I would strongly urge you to purchase from there and not this site.[edited following reply from Lordgun]. The goods were dispatched from Shropshire, UK. I live in Surrey, UK. The goods did not enter or exit the EU, they just travelled down the motorways in England, no ferry, plane or customs officer was involved. When UPS refused to hand over my package until they'd had another £41.89, your support team did not help by email and my calls (to Italy from my mobile!!) were not answered. I was left to deal with your mistake by myself without your help or apology. My review is because you gave no support after the sale. Take the money and run (or cycle). That is not good customer service. Other people would have given in and paid the surcharge (and I expect a lot of your customers already have).
