I placed an order on 10/31/25, and now it's 11/18/25 with no updates since 11/5/25. I understand that holidays can delay shipping, but don’t advertise 9-10 day shipping when it's been 15 days since the label was created. Additionally, I raised my concerns with the support team, only to be ignored.
