All three items caused allergic reactions and contained nickel. When I contacted their social media, I was told the materials were 'clearly listed on the website, including nickel.' This is a blatant lie as I couldn't find that information. Hypoallergenic materials shouldn't contain nickel. I even sent them screenshots of their own listings and explained what hypoallergenic jewelry means. Moreover, one bracelet required pliers to fit together since it wouldn’t stay intact. If you have no metal allergies, you might consider this jewelry, but their customer service is lacking if you need assistance. I'd recommend saving your money for genuine 925 silver.
