The event was fantastic and supported a noble cause, but I was quite let down by the treatment of the audience. We attended a double feature from 6 PM to 11:30 PM, and only one drink was provided during that time. The venue was rather warm, and although it was a standing-only show, which we were okay with, I expected there to be water or soft drinks available due to restrictions on what could be brought in. One attendee even fainted.
Absolutely brilliant! Lost in TV is a fantastic organisation that gives out free tickets—it's like a lottery system, but totally worth applying. As frequent users of Audience Tickets, it’s become a fun new hobby for us. Being part of some of the best BBC TV shows, like The Apprentice (which we’ve attended several times) and Britain’s Got Talent, has been amazing. We never miss a chance to go, and we can’t wait to keep attending more shows!
A very enjoyable experience. I hadn’t been to Riverside Studios before but it is a nice venue with food and drinks available while you wait. The queuing system was a little confusing and chaotic but it all worked out in the end.Tom and his guests were very entertaining and professional. Thank you.
It was great to see how a tv show was actually created by being part of the audience. The staff were helpful and cheerful with ticket queries. The studio location is within walking distance from the underground. The down side for me is the seats are a bit small for larger folk. I sat next to a man who was on the larger side (due to muscle) and manspreading. Which made me feel very uncomfortable. Due to taping already starting I couldn’t/ didn’t move seats.
This was my first time watching the recording of The Apprentice - You're Fired. I love the programme so it was fascinating seeing how it was put together. The wonderful staff were what really made it first rate: they were calm and reassuring, friendly and informative and actually seemed to enjoy being there. They made it a great experience.
A great filming of the second You’re Fired. Been to previous seasons s as well. Staff at Riverside in charge of meet and greet were good. I was in the second row, and could see the panel and Tom but not the fired candidate as cameras and personnel were in the way, which of course they have to be. Would have appreciated a monitor off to one side so I could have seen it all.
I haven't attended one of these recordings since they were at Elstree but, coming from Peterborough by train, was reasonably comparable to getting the train and tube to Riverside.Once you're in and warmed up all goes quite smoothly and is enjoyable. I was made aware of an incident at the first recording where an audience member was hit by a camera which meant that for the taller audience members at the second recording were not allowed to be in the very front row, hope that this will be allowed for future recordings.
