Fully verified account turned to harassment. Spent alot at casino then constant bombardment of further verification questions after numerous payouts. Logged on and account suspended. Last message was about the name of my email address which was previously fully verified. Forcefully pushed me to close the account. I wouldn't advise any gambler to use this site. They will find a way to constantly ask you questions after fully verified. Never made me feel valued after spending alot.
They will tell me in a reply it's procedure , it's not they go way over the top. Maybe because they had to payout massive fines last few years for being a dodgy site. Look into it yourselves before joining. Wish I found the details earlier. Previously gave them 5 star but that lasted a few months then this has happened.
Edit.. generic meaningless excuse. Exactly as expected. If my email address wasn't sufficient then an account should not have been able to open in the first place. I have logged every single conversation on chat an emails and will be approaching gambling commissioner to follow up you con. I wont let this happen to other people.
