After expressing concerns about my losses and the treatment I received, my account was subjected to a 6-month restriction. However, my account remains improperly closed, and part of my balance is frozen without a clear written explanation. I must also point out significant issues with their customer support: I interacted with a representative through live chat, but the transcript I received inaccurately claims that I ended the chat, when in reality it was the representative who closed it. They even had the audacity to label it as “personal information” on a review platform. I plan to create a blog detailing this experience and will include the full chat transcript to alert others to avoid this service. I received what seemed to be a customer care call, but it was disconnected during the conversation. When I tried to call back, there was no response, despite numerous attempts. Moreover, a different amount was transferred to my bank compared to what was displayed in my account, and I have not received a proper reconciliation or written explanation. As a licensed operator in the UK, I anticipated transparency and fair treatment regarding customer funds, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I now have to escalate this issue through formal complaints just to retrieve my own money. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this service and urge others to think carefully before depositing any funds.
