I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges, and today, after trying to cancel once more, I finally received a confirmation message that I had unsubscribed. I never got those before. It's outrageous that you can't even remove your payment card from their site! Now, I will have to fight to recover the money that has been taken from my account. I've also discovered other reviews from people experiencing similar problems. This is absolutely ridiculous!
