Total SCAM avoid at all costs!!! Very unclear sign up process that its a subscription. There r lots of vibrations on the phone, flashing deals that say activate now within ...mins to claim free 10 lines bla bla bla and its all subscriptions not free. Says deposit £10 get £20 free credit but its not money and there is no way to actually use it. When contacted CS through chat, they lied and said I couldn't have a refund as the draw had already taken place, but I only signed up 10 mins before that so this was an actual LIE! I managed to get them to agree to a refund but when sent to the link it stated I had not paid anything when I had indeed been charged. Have asked for a refund if not I will be reporting them as a scam to my bank and to the regulator
