Both items arrived but are extremely lightweight, of poor quality and worth at most £10 each but not a penny more. The Loucelia website shows that returns are possible but only if the item is defective or not as described. Despite our unhappiness with the quality it seems we have no grounds to get a refund. Our advice is to avoid this company.
