I would give a zero if I could. Buyer beware this is one step up from fraud. If you need any help whatsoever forget it! There is no customer service working number. I’ve called all the ones I’ve found and it never goes to a person it hangs up on you after one ring. There is no response via there internal system. The customer service of this business is non existent and is one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever worked with. Don’t take my word just poke around before you buy and see if you get any reply from any attempt. I think they write their own customer service reviews and lie through their bott generated fake customers about how great they are. They are CHINESE company that is not based in US your return goes back to China and will cost more than the ring was worth. They shipped from warehouse in us but if you want to return it’s to China.
