I don't usually write reviews but i had to do it for them. I ordered an intercom system, sena s50 and it came with a factory defect. One of the speakers is faulty and there's a cracking noise when playing music. I reached out to them explaining my problem. I was hoping i could return only the faulty part of the set, not everything that came in the box... they were amazin, very prompt, replayed the next day. They offered to send me a new pair of speakers plus a new holder. This is very nice of them. I didn't have to send back the faulty part, it arrived in a few days. I haven't had to do anything else really other than wait a bit. Wonderful customer support, I'm happy that i got a good price and even tho it came with a factory defect, i haven't had to post the faulty item. I don't know what to do with it but it saved me some hassle having to get to the post to mail it back.
