I think Louis Copeland deserved that slap - however I have to admit today I bought a really nice MooRER jacket in Wicklow Street and it was a great experience! Well Doneto be fair - most if not all items I have bought from LC have been exceptional - what I cant comprehend is buying a €300 shirt and finding out there is a button missing! - I never demanded a refund or exchange, but to just fix it - however to end up just using the spare button on the shirt to fix it is not acceptable - you should have taken one of another shirt - I could have bought a shirt 10 times less the price with no issues
