I experienced an amazing hour to choose my own notebook through the video appointment. The Louise Carmen staff was really kind enough to go through each step, choosing the size to choosing the exact leather I wanted. It really was a fun and special time! If I could go back and do one thing again I would ask to choose the stone piece girsgris on my own. I chose the color of the stone, but there must have been different shapes. So I should have asked if I could have chosen the stone grisgris from the whole selection. But overall the experience was amazing and I’m loving my notebook!
