I'm really impressed with the quality of these products and the attentive customer experience. I was being a bit difficult as I ordered the wrong colours, but the team were very understanding and accomnodating. The unboxing experience was unmatched and the attention to detail is something I've never seen before, especially as I've bought other leather journals from different companies.
