I had an incredible experience with Louise Carmen! Being able to video chat with a store representative and customize my journal without making the trip across the world saved me so much money. My journal arrived in DAYS within ordering and it was in pristine condition. I believe I worked with Laura. She was incredible and did not rush me and was patient as I had her show me multiple different charms, cord colors and more. Will be purchasing again very soon!!!!
