I finally received my order yesterday, but I'm not happy. The shipping company you use is quite inefficient. Deliveries within Europe shouldn't take this long. If it were a birthday gift, it wouldn't arrive on time. Very slow delivery service. For your reference, I ordered from another seller and received my items in just 3 days. Additionally, the packaging was inadequate. My leather notebook arrived folded and bent. Very poor packing for such an expensive item. Thank you.
