I really loved the fact that my parcel arrived in a week and that my journal is beautiful and just what I expected, I’m already thinking about getting another one. 😊They are a bit pricey, but since they can last a lifetime I thought the investment was worth it.The web page could maybe use an improvement on the switching between languages, and on telling us customers accurately which items aren’t available at the moment of ordering instead of just not confirming the purchase and then we have to start over with the whole order. But all in all a great experience and a beautiful product. 😊
