I have wanted a Louise Carmen for so long now and wished I could have experienced it in person in store, but I have no plans to visit Paris. The website is easy to navigate if you change it to English, my main issue was deciding between the pocket and the Ernest! I went for the Ernest in Plum with Burgundy cord and I absolutely love it. I will also purchase a portfolio in Amerento when I can afford it, love love love my LC Journal and I am so glad I have joined this family. The packaging is amazing and the time it took to get from Paris to York, England was less than a week
