I did the video consultation since the website was glitching on me. My sales person was helpful and helped me make a notebook for my friend. Video appointment are posted on Fridays at 3pm (US eastern time) so if it looks like there is no availability just check back around that time. It’s helpful to do your research before jumping on the call to make it easier since there are a lot of choices. Ended up with something beautiful.
