I had a delightful hour selecting my notebook during the video appointment. The staff was incredibly kind, guiding me through every step from choosing the size to selecting the exact leather I wanted. It was truly a fun and memorable experience! If I had the opportunity to do it again, I would ask to choose the stone piece myself. While I selected the color, I realized there may have been different shapes available. I should have asked if I could choose from the entire selection of stones. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, and I'm absolutely loving my notebook!
